Refund Policy
At BYSILK™, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days if damaged for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include a receipt along with photo proof of damage. Contact our customer service at wlm.bysilk@gmail.com to start the return process. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item.
